FACULTY BIO

Dr. Priya Sharma is an Assistant Professor of English Literature in the Department of English Language & Literature. She has a PhD in English Literature from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, India, 2012; Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching of English from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, India (2005); Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, India (2004); M.A. (English Literature) from Aligarh Muslim University, India (1999); Bachelor of Education from Aligarh Muslim University, India (1997); B.A. (Hons.) in English Literature from Aligarh Muslim University, India (1997). In addition to this she has qualified National Educational Test for Lectureship in English Literature (NET) (June 2003); State Level Eligibility Test for Lectureship in English Literature (U.P.-SLET) (July 2002). Her areas of expertise include teaching of English Literature with a wide-ranging interest in fiction, drama and poetry.
