FACULTY BIO

Dr. Amr Nour El Din Hassan is an Assistant Professor of translation and linguistics. He has earned his PhD in Translation and Linguistics from Cairo University, Faculty of Arts, English Department. He has taught translation in Cairo University, and October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, accredited by the University of Bedfordshire. He has also taught translation in many prestigious institutions such as Al Ahram newspaper, and the Egyptian Radio and Television. His research interests lie in the areas of translation, linguistics, and court interpreting. He is a member of the Egyptian Translators and Linguists Association.
